- Tiny Toes (Creative Movement) (Parental participation is acceptable but striving for dancer independence)
while exploring basic dance concepts.
- Twinkle Toes (Level 1) / Sparkle Toes (Level 2) - Classes introduce children to positions and steps of Ballet and Tap with a strong emphasis on creative movement.
- Glitter Toes - Includes Ballet / Tap / Jazz. These are great starter classes for the novice dancer and introduce them to the more structured side of dance technique and instruction.
- Hippity Hop / Tumble – For the little Hip Hop dancer, incorporating elements of Tumbling and Acro in dance class.
- Ballet – (Please read our Ballet Dance Program description) Ballet is the foundation of all dance styles. Each class includes barre exercises, center work, and across the floor combinations. Students will focus on technique, flexibility and center body placement while emphasizing musicality. It develops strength, stamina, coordination and grace.
- Tap - Tap classes are design to develop rhythm, style and sound. Students will learn a variety of tap styles from Broadway to Rhythmic tap.
- Jazz - Infused from styles of Ballet, African Dance, and Swing. Traditional Jazz gained notoriety thru Broadway and theatrical performances. Jazz dance emphasizes the importance of floor work, turns, kicks, high energy, and rhythmical accuracy.
- Jazz Funk – This style is a mix of fast intricate footwork and acrobatic floor moves fusing traditional jazz technique with a rhythmic funky street edge.
- Broadway Jazz - The student will work on stage presence, storytelling, acting and learn showstopper routines to Broadway musical dance numbers with a focus on jazz technique.
- Hip-Hop - This is a high energy, rhythmic form of dance focusing on street dancing, break dancing, jazz and stylized isolation. The latest form of physical expression in today's pop culture.
- Contemporary and Lyrical – Both styles of dance are created from the fusion of classical ballet with jazz and modern dance techniques. Both contemporary and lyrical are expressive and encourages the dancers to use their emotions and mood to create movement.
